The apartment is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It's located in an old, recently renovated building. It's clean and comfortable. There's no elevator, so you have to climb a flight of stairs to the third floor.
There was a problem with the shower head, as it didn't work. It was a bit uncomfortable to take a shower (we were informed that the part had been ordered but hadn't arrived yet). The kitchen faucet leaked, but it was fixed during our stay. Other than that, everything was fine.

This was a hard property to rate because of the mixture of pros and cons. On the plus side, communication from the host was excellent, access was made easy, the apartment have been well renovated and was clean and the general facilities were good. I didn't use the kitchen, except for a kettle, so I'm not able to comment on that.
The downsides were a very lumpy mattress, flimsy and inadequate pillows, which, even though I used both, still left me with a sore neck and a headache in the morning, and no air conditioning, which in 38 degrees of heat made the place like an oven. So I'm afraid a poor bed and no temperature controls rather overshadowed the rest of the facilities. At another time of year, the temperature issue might not have been a problem. But if you can't get a decent night's sleep, the tasteful decor is poor compensation.
