Location was excellent. No disturbances on the floor but yelling on street level until police came and removed the lingering, arguing folks.
The keypad code issue is confusing, and the desk clerk downstairs wouldn't recognize the solution either. In the initial emails from the property manager, there is a PIN given. To this day, I don't know what it is for. I thought it was for the door entry, but the lock would not open. The clerk came up to the 22nd floor and tried as well, then read my emails and tried again but to no avail. Back downstairs, she called maintenance who changed the batteries, read my emails and then tried the PIN as well. It still didn't work. That's when we took a deep dive and researched for another code and found it in another email. The problem: I got about 7 emails within two days - most of them the same appearing in different format explaining the house rules over and over, so I stopped reading them after the third one. The lock code was deeply buried in the text of about the fifth or sixth email. Suggestion: 1) State clearly what the PIN in the initial email is for and what it is NOT for, and 2) send a separate SHORT email prior to arrival with only the entry code and most importantly the subject line stating LOCK CODE for Apartment XYZ. Finally, let maintenance and front desk personnel know about the difference between PIN and Unlock Code.

Wow!! I loved this awesome, recently upgraded condo with The Blue Velvet Couch! The condo was comfortable and warm considering the cold temperatures over the weekend. I loved the beautiful walk-in shower, the new bedroom mattresses, the lovely furnishings, the view of the city, the screened in porch and furniture, the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the full-size washer and dryer. This condo was extremely large, wonderfully furnished, and contained everything we needed for our stay. Everything about this condo was amazing, from the dimming lights to the large televisions and spacious rooms. I also loved the staff; they were genuinely friendly, always had a smile, were knowledgeable and helpful. They sincerely took care of us, and I loved the fact that the security guard checked all floors and hallways periodically! My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves!!!
It was not in the best area of town, and the liquor store on the corners attracted a few unsavory characters outside the condominium. The other thing I did not like was the strong smell of weed in the elevators and some hallways; I know some owners live in their condominiums, but they should have been considerate of the number of families with children staying there for the World Nationals Cheerleading competition.

-Central location to convention center and downtown which was our goal -It's priced right, but some things need work -there are atleast 3 sets of doors to prevent the zombies on the block, who seem to be present 24/7, from coming in.
#1 - I booked this property versus a hotel in the area so I could have a kitchen. The kitchen: -did not have a strainer in the sink making cleaning dishes ridiculous -there was no cutting board (they had to bring one on day 2) -there was no dish soap -no sponges -no dish rags -etc kind of a joke. #2 There are weird unfinished things around the property - some sketchy. ie: Inside one of the kitchen cabinets there is a completely disassembled electrical box with exposed wiring and wires coming out thru the doors. The dishwasher was never properly installed and when you go to open the door you pull it out completely from under the cabinets. It is pretty crackhead. #3 Speaking of crack head, the block this building is on is absolutely the sleaziest we encountered in nearly the entire week we spent in Atlanta. I was approached, aggressively, to buy drugs every single night directly in front of the building. Sometimes right at the steps outside. People were also begging, being belligerent on drugs, etc all times of day whenever we were coming and going. Zombies. This is probably due to the fact the ground floor of this property seems to only have one single business - which is a super ghetto liquor store. I would not recommend this place to a single female traveler. #4 The check in / concierge at the front desk is not very helpful or consistent. I booked the room in my name, however, I also had a colleague staying in Apt. My flight in was delayed, he got in first, and they checked him in and let him up despite nothing being in his name on day 1. Three nights later, I came back early to go to bed while he was still out with people and, as the property only provided one key fob, I asked the front desk to hold it so he could get in (you cannot access building without the fob) or add his name. They refused and told me I needed to get ahold of the owner of apartment (it was 10pm and they were not available). I had to get out of bed to let him in.
