Totally everything. First the owner responded and appeared immediately on my message for getting inside and helped me with the luggage. Everything in the apartment is in ideal order and brought to perfection. Lot's of attention has been paid to details and the decoration. You will find inside totally everything that you need for your stay and the balcony is very cozy. The sleeping area is very stylish too. There was even some sealed food in the drawers, also coffee, teas etc. Very calm area. Also some of beautiful beaches are in ca. 14 min walking.

I would say nothing, everything was perfect. Just to notice, that it is about 20 min walking from the bus station and the old town, but it is through very tidy and beautiful area with slight upper elevation. For me and my 22 kg suitcase it was still manageable. I have to admit that at first sight I was scared of using the stairs but after 2 times uo and down I got used to them, just was careful and tried to not go up and down so often. Anyway it is only for sleeping and the ambience above is totally worth it.

Non è facilissimo salire alla camera in soppalco dalla scala, potrebbe essere pericoloso per anziani o bambini

Scomodità piano , scaletta non a norma è pericolosissima per la camera da letto, lenzuola con macchie e doccia non ben lavata

An excellent and quiet location. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. If my family and I return to Rovinj in the future, we will definitely come back and stay here again.
