The apartment has been nicely renovated and is very comfortable and well equipped. Its location is only a short 5 minute walk to the main Palafour lift, hotels and restaurants. It is also easily located by a bus stop for buses around the various Tignes villages.
Whilst there are multiple bathrooms in the property we struggled to get hot water in more than one of them (main en-suite). We reported this to the agents who spoke with the owner whose suggestion was to run the water for longer but this did not work. The apartment has been nicely renovated but the communal areas need a lot of work. Arriving at the property was extremely underwhelming until you enter into the apartment itself. I had made this mistaken assumption that as the property was listed as renovated it meant the entire property which was not the case
