Hostitel nám vyšel vstříc s dřívějším ubytováním ,měli jsme s sebou tři děti nejmenší 8 měsícu , moc nám to ulehčil. Místo kde se dum nachází je klidné a blízko pláží dejezd cca 10min.V domě jsou tři toalety což není uvedeno na stránkách booking a je to super s více lidmi.Dum je prostorný a hezký.misto pro společenskou aktivitu mimo dum je idealní.

Mohlo by být více kuchynského vybavení a venkovní prostor pro děti neposkytuje žádné vyžití tak vše vzít s sebou ,bylo by fajn, kdyby něco pro děti na místě bylo.

The area is quiet, located 5-8 km away from the beaches, but with a car, it's not a problem. In early July, you can often find an empty parking space, even at Medulin or Pola beaches, and some are even free. The plot is spacious, with enough room for 1-2 dogs, for example. A shaded carport is perfect against a quick storm or hail. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc., bed sheets, and 2-3 towels per person are included. However, the best part is the separate house for BBQ (grilling). It features a small bar, two large tables (one inside and one outside) with benches, a toilet, and a washing machine as well.

All things were good; these are only remarks: Perhaps installing better-positioned, stronger, or additional air conditioning units in the rooms could be beneficial. For five people, the hot water tank is just enough, but when all my girls washed their hair as well, I would have to wait a bit for warm water. Perhaps in the future, it could be a good idea to install a car charger for EVs or dedicate a simple but strong electric socket with metering to bill the usage.
