Internal garage parking, closeness to Port Adelaide centre, well equiped and good size.
There was no key to access street front door into stair well. Had to go through garage when not driving car.
The fan switch in the bed room on the left was loose and not working correctly.

Instructions were a little unclear. The address is a row of units and it was not clear that my unit was in the second entry from the corner. It also wasn't clear that the door keys were in the lock box next to the garage. Instructions could have been clearer.
Shower leaked across the bathroom floor so that you had to place the floor mat away from the shower door and step on the cold tiles to reach the floor mat.

Very clean very open light and spacious. Close to all the pubs and shops. Easy to get to the city on public transport. Garage for car was a plus.
