CELESTIAL GARDEN-Thessaloniki's modern, eclectic penthouse-Ideal for remote work and longer stays

Une propriétaire très à l'écoute : - conseils de visites, prenant des nouvelles. - réaction immédiate lorsque nous avons été privés d'électricité et d'eau chaude - Pas d'eau le jour du départ et là pas le temps d'une intervention ! A la guerre comme à la guerre, on s'est débrouillé comme on a pu ... Donc, malgré ces mésaventures, ce fut très agréable. L'appartement est vaste, au dernier étage avec ascenseur, dans un quartier calme. Très belle terrasse. 2 WC et 2 S de bains, 2 TV... Excentré mais bien desservi par le bus. Très arboré comme l'ensemble de la ville. Tous les commerçants à proximité. Aucun problème pour se garer.

Les petits ennuis indiqués, mais la bonne volonté de la propriétaire comme des artisans qui sont intervenus les compensent

We stayed in Thessaloniki for 5 days. The apartment was a very good choice as it is situated in a nice quiet area next to a small park and close to many nice places to have late breakfast/brunch (Zen garden is one of them) and a bus stop (you can take buses to the city centre as parking there might be problematic). Besides, the apartment was rather clean with nice beds, a well-equipped kitchen and an air-co if necessary. It has two balconies - one big as a terrace to sit and enjoy the view, another - in one of the bedrooms.

One small minus: there was no olive oil in the kitchen for cooking - a little strange for the country that is famous for it and the pillows in the bedroom were two soft but there is a possibility to change them as there are plenty in the wardrobe.

Groot appartement met fantastisch balkon en lekkere stoelen, ruime keuken, goede wifi, makkelijke communicatie met eigenaresse. Ongeveer kwartiertje lopen naar metrostation. Makkelijk parkeerplaats te vinden in de omgeving.

Het had wel iets schoner mogen zijn en het water in de douche was net warm

Ηλιόλουστο ρετιρέ, πολύ άνετοι χώροι, ωραία διαρρύθμιση, 2 μπάνια - πολύ σημαντικό, φανταστικό μπαλκόνι, γραφείο-χώρος εργασίας με υπέροχη θέα και φουλ εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Το διαμέρισμα λούζεται στο φως από παντού. Πήγαμε με αυτοκίνητο, το οποίο αφήσαμε στον σταθμό Μετρό Ν. Ελβετία σε δημοτικό πάρκινγκ δωρεάν και κινηθήκαμε στην πόλη κυρίως με το μετρό. Η ιδιοκτήτρια Δήμητρα ευγενέστατη και ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως στην επικοινωνία.
