The apartment was warm, clean, comfortable and spacious for five adults. There were beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. There was a garage to park the hire car. The shower was good and it had a bath. It had everything we needed. It was a 10 mins walk to the town centre.
We were left to find the property and garage on our own after picking up the key from the agent which wasn’t easy or helpful after a long journey. There was a huge bundle of what looked like dirty washing left on one of the unused top bunk beds. We asked for it to be removed, but the owner, after initially agreeing, then refused. It made the small bedroom my daughter was sleeping in seem like a store room. It turned out to be a red pouf. The owner said to put it on the balcony, but it was an eye sore every time we went onto the balcony and then we had to bring it in when snowing heavily. This lead to a lot of unnecessary messages. I wouldn’t describe it as ski in/out. The ski slopes were on the other side of the valley and it was too far to walk down/up a steep flight of steps wearing ski boots and carrying skis. We had to pay £100 to leave them at the ski hire shop for the week. The garage was very small and difficult to park in. The water is sometimes rust coloured in the shower! The WiFi was so poor we could hardly use it.
