Very well appointed with fabulous views

Only a me set of keys made it a bit tricky

The location of the apartment is conveniently located close to the CBD, MCG, the Botanic Gardens etc. Despite being on a busy main road the apartment was remarkably quiet. The apartment was also well appointed with contemporary furnishings and beds and sofa were very comfortable.

Key return was problematic. I spent an hour trying to return keys to the nest box and, eventually, was told to return to the apartment to leave to keys inside and to leave the apartment unlocked. A very frustrating experience and a waste of time (that I really didn’t have to spare on my departure day). A second set of keys should have been provided with a two bedroom apartment especially as key tags were needed to access the building and the floor.

Lovely apartment , great view and location

Having a key collection point of 1.8 km from the property (not advertised ) is unacceptable, also having only one set of keys for a two bedroom apartment is also not up to standard. The fact that I was granted a second set after I stated I was looking into cancellation options says it all. This should be a standard and a guest should not have to request it.
