The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Overall, it’s a good and convenient hotel, especially for a short 2–3 day business trip.
The main issue was the cleanliness. I noticed hair and small pieces of chips on the floor, and even after four nights they were still there, which suggests the floor was not properly cleaned during the stay. Communication can also be challenging, especially over the phone, as it can be difficult to explain what you need. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a short business stay, but I wouldn’t consider it a true 5-star experience if you are looking for a hotel to relax and fully enjoy your stay.
