About this house rental
Our spacious house is great for large groups. It is the perfect set up for a cozy family gathering or a vacation with friends. Our house has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. We allow pets with a pet fee. All pets must be potty trained and kept in a crate when guests are gone. We do have a partially fenced in backyard as well. Guests must pick up after their pets. We would love for you to stay with us! Being minutes away from Downtown Indianapolis, there is no shortage of entertainment.
*any stay the is longer than 15 days will have an extra $100 added to the cleaning fee
When it comes to checkout we have guidelines for checkout below.
* Please pile used bedding in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)
