Viking Hut is a one-bedroom, one-bath eco-luxury cabin where Scandinavian design meets mountain serenity. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase vibrant fall foliage, filling the modern, minimalist space with golden light. The fully equipped kitchen makes autumn meals easy, while the king bed beneath a skylight sets the mood for cozy nights under the stars.

You’ll get a private smart lock code the day of arrival for easy self check-in. Enjoy full access to the home, deck, yard and fire pit. Plus shared use of the community hot tub, sauna, and luxury gym (Peloton, Hydro rower, TRX).

This home is located in an upscale community of eco-chic modern mountain retreats called The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve. Community amenities include a fire pit, picnic pavilion, and community walking trail. Convenient access to Blairsville and Murphy for all of your needs like grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

Viking Hut is easily accessible by car, with parking available on-site. Google maps is the best tool for navigation.

House Rules:
• Max occupancy: 2 guests. No exceptions.
• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs allowed. First dog stays free. Any additional dog is $50. Leash required outdoors. Owner is responsible for any damage.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited.
• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.
• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
•Shared community pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (weather dependent). Pool is not heated. Hot tub is tablet-controlled inside the pool house.

The house was spectacular and we felt right at home. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze and couldn't have asked for a better way to end a weekend in the mountains.

We spent a week at the Viking Hut. The cabin had everything you could need from amenities, including kitchen and bath essentials, bathrobes, comfortable seating and bedding, ample closest space, washer / dryer, and lighting for accessibility. The community is quiet and friendly. Most of my days were spent at the pool relaxing. The pool and community space fits exactly with the aesthetics of the entire neighborhood - modern, chic, and accommodating. We would stay again! This was our second time in the neighborhood.

What a great stay! the Hut is perfectly positioned in the wilderness atop the hill just private enough to get away. Sharing a coffee at sunrise on the patio while watching rabbits and deer roam beneath us is a memory we’ll keep forever. The space has everything you need and it’s an easy drive to the mountain trails, hikes, and wonderful restaurants in the area. The pool and hot tub are a welcomed amenity that is highly recommended and a short walk away. We’ll be staying here again for sure.

Had the most relaxing weekend at the Viking Hut. The cabin is so beautiful and we loved the sleek modern design. It was isolated enough to really disconnect while having the comfort of knowing the property manager was nearby and local amenities if needed. We loved having access to the pool & gym which was a short walk, and the cabin was equipped with all the kitchen and appliances we needed. I typically bring items that are normally not provided in rentals and found that the only item I utilized was my large stovetop pan. The bed was very comfortable and we were surprised that the space never felt crowded (my first experience with a tiny house). We had 2 adults and 2 small dogs. One perk was the star-gazing, it was stunning and the mountain views from the property has us taking photos non-stop. Highly recommend for couples or singles looking to totally disconnect, or work from the mountains. The high speed wifi worked great and the TV was linked to streaming services. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions we had and gave suggestions on local spots to check out. We are already looking at the next dates we can get away and considering booking this location every few months for the rest of the year.
