Welcome to Harbour Oaks 413!

This recently renovated condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, ideally situated within walking distance to the Pier and Village area, and less than a mile from the beach.

Tile floors resembling hardwood run throughout the condo, creating an elegant ambiance. The living room is tastefully decorated, offering plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted TV, and a decorative fireplace, making it a cozy space for relaxation or entertainment.

The renovated kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining and living room area, boasting stylish quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped setup for all your cooking requirements. From the kitchen and dining room, you can admire the serene lagoon and fountain water feature just outside. Whether you're cooking up a barbecue for dinner or simply relaxing, the back patio offers a picturesque view of the water.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and a walk-in shower. The recently renovated bathroom is truly exquisite.
Outside the master bedroom lies a sitting area that connects to the dining room, kitchen, and living room. This space also offers picturesque lagoon views, making it ideal for accommodating a larger number of guests.

The second and third bedrooms, situated at the opposite end of the condominium, share a recently renovated hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the other contains two twin beds.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally), tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available in unmarked spots.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area

What to Expect in your Unit:
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The condo was just as expected. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient. It is within walking distance to lots of places to eat and shop. The pier is also very close. If we couldn't walk somewhere it was just a short drive away.We didn't really cook there but there was lots of stuff available for cooking. I always like to get a nice bottle of wine when I'm on vacation. I hadn't checked before going shopping to see if there was a cork screw so I bought a bottle of wine with a screw top. And yes, there is a cork screw! So, go for the good wine :)Check in and check out was very easy. Our flight was very late getting into Jacksonville. I put the address to the office into my GPS and it tried to take us around to the back of the building. It was late and dark when we got to SSI so we actually drove right past the office a few times not realizing it. Once I got out the directions that were sent with my welcome email we got right there! So my advice, follow the directions that are sent to you in the email and not your iphone GPS!We didn't have any issues so I didn't have to interact with the management. I did go into the office when we were checking out and everyone there was very friendly. We love SSI and I would definitely consider staying in this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. It was the little things that made this place great. Throw blankets for the couches, it may seem funny but the toilet paper was A1. We usually bring our own but we didn't have to. We were close to town and good eateries. Travel to Savannah was close, visited Jekyll Island. There was something to do every day. The condo was just as pictured. Will definetly visit again.

This property was perfect for 4 adults, a teen, and infant. the apartment is well maintained and secure. The kitchen is fully stocked which is awesome for cooking at home to avoid dinner crowds. We loved the cozy feel of the apartment but it's big enough for everyone to stretch out when you need piece and quite. The community is also maintained very well. We were super close to downtown St Simons. You could walk there in 8 min max or drive 3 minutes. We loved the quite gated community. Outside the community is a public playground and tennis court. I would definitely stay here again!
