About this cabin rental
Welcome to The Lazy Buck Cabin. Outdoor fun for the entire group awaits when you spend your next exciting getaway at this wooded Merrillan cabin rental! The beautiful log cabin includes 3 levels of living space which lets multiples families have their own private area. Our cabin is located across from Buckhorn Lake, which you can view from our spacious wrap around deck. Buckhorn lake is a no-wake peaceful lake where you can kayak or canoe with the kayaks and canoe we provide. Property has access to the ATV/UTV/Snowmobile Trails and our massive parking lot ensures you have plenty of room for multiple trailers.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed in basement with ensuite bathroom

Loft Area: 1 Queen Bed & 1 Full Bed
Basement: Additional Hide A Bed
Indoor Living: 2 Living Rooms, Free Wifi, 2 Google minis, 2 Smart TVs, board games, books, children’s play area, split level air conditioning, ceiling fans & stand fans, washer & dryer
Kitchen: Refrigerator, Drip coffee maker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, spices
General: Self check-in, towels/linens, trash bags, complimentary toiletries,
Outdoor Living: Wrap around deck, outdoor dining w/ umbrella, charcoal grill, fire pit (firewood provided), large parking lot
Outdoor Extras: 2 Kayaks & 1 Canoe with lifejackets, basketball hoop, bikes, beach toys for kids
The Location
Buckhorn Lake: Across from cabin, no-wake quiet lake. Great for kayaking or canoeing.
Lake Arbutus: 1 mile away, has a 30 foot sandy public beach, dock & boat ramp. Park also offers grills, tables & shelters plus an ice cream shop we always visit.
UTV/ATV Trails: Cabin is centrally located in the middle of the trail system with over 135 miles of trails
Wazee Lake: 11 miles away, clearest & deepest inland lake in Wisconsin. Most popular scuba diving site in Midwest. Large sandy beach with food and drinks for purchase. We always visit this lake!
Levis Mound Trail Center: 6 miles away, 39 miles of hiking & mountain biking trails
Nearby Towns: Hatfield (1 mile) Black River Falls (11 miles) Neillsville (17 miles)

NOTE: This 3 story house requires steps to enter. Interior staircases are required to access the loft and basement.

This is our second year at this cabin. It is a great location and plenty of room for all of us and our side by sides and trailers. The amenities are great. Communication with the host was great.

Location of house is GREAT for SxS trails!! Check in and check out was Very easy. Inside the cabin was spacious and clean. Would stay here again!!
