Beautiful treetop condo with vaulted ceilings and a great deck that offers an amazing view of 40,000 acre Greer's Ferry Lake, known for its great fishing and water sports. This penthouse unit has two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with two queens. The condo has been beautifully updated and has wi-fi and a huge smart TV. Two full bathrooms allow guests plenty of room. In Fairfield Bay, you will enjoy the pools (there are five of them), tennis, 2 golf courses, pickle ball, and the lake. Fairfield Bay is a throwback to vacation towns of old, perfect for family getaways.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beautiful Treetop Condo! The view overlooking Greers Ferry Lake is absolutely stunning — the kind of peaceful, scenic backdrop that makes you want to linger on the balcony all day. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.We also loved the location — being so close to the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts was a big bonus, and it made the trip fun and active.
