The property
Four large Queen bedrooms are located along the bedroom hallway, providing modern relaxed comfort for up to 8 guests. Enjoy large spaces in the kitchen, dinning and lounge for indoor or outdoor entertaining with views to the pool and spa.
Guests can enjoy the secure and private rear and front garden with outdoor furniture for both areas. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas and pool toys are made available on request!
Relax indoors with ducted heating and cooling as well the luxurious gas fireplace. The high-speed wifi internet provides the ultimate cinematic or gaming experience, perfect for movie night with friends of family. Reading material and board gamed provided.
The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need including dry pantry items, ice machine, Nespresso machine, blender, juicer and more. The bedrooms are set with pure linen sheets and luxury towel sets.
With unbeatable location to Dulwich's iconic shopping precinct, proximity to the Parklands and Adelaide's CBD, guests will also have prime access to public transport 20m from Villa Rose front door.
A port-a-cot, booster chair, changing table, children's toys and books are available on request at no extra cost for families.

We had such a great time at Villa Rose. The house was exactly as the pictures suggest. Everything was luxurious and comfortable. While I attended a conference in the city (short easy drive), my family ended up spending most of the time in the house and garden, walking to the cafe nearby and local shops to get groceries for cooking dinner at home, including a bbq on one night. We appreciated the air-conditioning, the pool, the spa, the child seat and books, the kitchen staples, the access to the movies - could not want for anything more. We would love to return one day and would highly recommend!
