Located in Williams, AZ—Gateway to the Grand Canyon, the home is close to top attractions like Bearizona, Grand Canyon Railway, Canyon Coaster Adventure Park, Polar Express, Elephant Rocks Golf Course, and historic Route 66. Explore nearby Sedona (40 min), Flagstaff (30 min), Grand Canyon South Rim (45 min), or hit the slopes at Snowbowl (40 min).

Spacious, Fun & Family-Friendly Retreat
Step inside to discover a spacious floor plan designed for comfort and entertainment. Gather in the arcade and theater game room, cozy living room, or around the pool table—every corner radiates warmth and hospitality.
Room for Everyone
The house features two master suites, a double bunk room, and a serene queen room, ensuring ample space for families and groups. With five smart TVs, shuffleboard, pool, arcade games, and classic board games, fun is always on hand.
Fully Stocked Kitchen & Family Dining
The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and an 8-top dining table. Families with little ones will love the toddler play space, complete with a stroller, high chair, booster seat, pack ’n play, toys, and books.
Outdoor Living with Mountain Views
Step outside into an expansive backyard made for relaxation and play. Enjoy the enclosed patio or open-air seating with couches and a pub table—perfect for alfresco meals from the BBQ. Gather around the fire pit under the stars or play cornhole and lawn games while soaking up the mountain scenery.
Outdoor lovers will find endless hiking, ATV trails, fishing, sledding, and hunting nearby. After a day of adventure, unwind with stunning sunsets and a brilliant night sky—The Canyon Casa promises an unforgettable Arizona getaway.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and backyard, with the exception of a locked cabinet and closet in the house and the locked shed outside.
Other things to note
During winter months, be sure to allow enough room for the snowplows to get by. While uncommon, the city can choose to have vehicles towed if they are obstructing the plows. In the event of heavy snow fall, the plows will leave a "berm" at the entrance to the driveway and if not shoveled off soon after, it will harden and become a solid mound of ice, blocking vehicles in the driveway. We recommend backing into the driveway, so your vehicle is facing the street. The garage door is to remain closed at all times.

This place is awesome! Had everything we needed and more, and all the activities made the trip even better! We would definitely recommend this to a group of people that like being able to cook in and spend time at the home together making memories!

Our stay was perfect! We did a guys trip and were able to have fun in the backyard and still walk to the bars and restaurants!
