This delightful 87 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the ground floor.
It is designed to have a relaxing living and kitchen area. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.
The first bedroom includes a queen bed; the second has two single beds. Both are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The main bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The second bathroom is a complementary one.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lisbon is Portugal's coastal and mountainous capital. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old town, the Tagus Estuary, and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum displays five centuries of decorative tiles.
On Lisbon's outskirts are several Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Arroios, is just a 5-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 11-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Everything was great. I recommend this accommodation.
Sugestion for the host - it would be nice to have a couple of bigger cups and sharper cutting knives in the kitchen

The apartment comes as advertised in most regards and everything was mostly clean. The area is safe and close to supermarkets, Metro etc. The walls are thin though and doors and floorboards creak/smash loudly, so we slept with earplugs. Both bedrooms have fanlights, so you can't really darken the rooms during the day except when you close all windows, window covers and inner doors. There is one queen-sized bed in one room and a sort of pull-out bed in the other with two single matresses, but the beds there can't be separated. Recommended for 1-2 people for 3 days max who know each other well. Worst part was communication with GuestReady. On the morning after our arrival we received an email that painting work would start on the house that day. When we came home that night, the whole apartment smelled intensely like paint/thinner. This went on for our whole stay and GuestReady didn't bother to answer our email. We won't be staying with them again.
