The open living room with kitchen is equipped with a sofa bed (160×200) and another sofa as well as a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and has a glass ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with small freezer compartment. The dining table seats 4 people and invites you to eat or play together. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2x 90×200). The new bathroom offers a bathtub, a washbasin and its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests of the flat can share the communal garden. The train station is a three-minute walk from the house. Parking is also available there at reduced rates. Shopping can be done in the local shops in the village, which are also a few minutes' walk away.In winter you can reach the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars by train in 10 minutes or by bus taxi from Ardez directly to the valley station of the chairlift in Ftan (during the high season).Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Ardez and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape.
