About this apartment rental
Private basement suite w/separate entrance. Forget your worries, escape the chaos, and find peace and serenity here! Got ohana (family) over or exploring Utah & need a place, you got it!
Gorgeous sunsets, quiet, mountain view, five minutes to groceries, gas stations, eateries. Near hiking trails, #MetaFB, animal sanctuary, Golf Club, Utah Lake, & EM Ranch Bike Park. Kitchenette, extra linens, central AC/heat, spacious closets.
10min drive to public transit route/Costco/Walmart/FatCats.
No pets allowed.
Separate basement unit with separate entrance. You are in someone else's place. Please keep it clean and treat it with respect and care like your own.
Remember that you only pay the nightly rate and the cleaning fee to the suite. Other charges are VRBO's and State's. Please keep that in mind when reviewing the suite for the value category.
Also, do a search to see the suite location from other areas. We go out of our way to ensure every guest is happy, but we can't do anything about our location.
The place is close to gas stations, grocery stores, eateries, recreations, and parks. Cory B. Wride Memorial Park is an amazing one for the whole family and is 7mins from the suite.
This place has a kitchenette for your convenience. There is no kitchen, no washer and dryer. Laundromat is 15mins from the suite. Help yourself to whatever is in the kitchenette area.
We do live upstairs, so expect some noise here and there. We do our best to be quiet, but we are not 100% at it all the time.
This basement suite has furnishings with a separate entrance. We will keep your space at a temperature of your choice upon request. Entrance into the apartment with a smartlock and the gate with a combination lock code. All rooms have AC vents. The mechanical room is located across from room 2; it is pretty quiet, but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to sleep in room 1.
Absolutely no inflatable swimming pool and unauthorized activities. Always ask if you're not sure.
Nursery center - Brand-new Baby playpen/crib with changing table and the bassinet in the hallway closet across from the bathroom. Instructions on operating the nursery center will be texted to those with babies on the reservation. Use at your own risk.
We have a very nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Please enjoy it and make yourself at home. For the safety and health of guests and hosts, smoking of any kind on the premise is not allowed.
Need a voice warmup or lesson while traveling? The co-host is an excellent vocal coach, singer, performer, and music conductor. Need music playlists, cuts, and the like, please inquire and see what we can help you with for a fee.
Essential oil diffuser available upon request at $7 per night.

Very nice rooms, very cute decor. Easy check in and out process, comfortable bed and nice shower. Nice neighborhood as well, very well located for my needs.

The place was nice and clean. Very spacious with good size bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Apartment was nice, clean, and had plenty of natural light. Helpful items are provided for guests like blankets, towels, space heater, hair dryer, TV, etc. Owner was friendly and communicative. Area around apartment was also clean, but since it’s a new community, it’s also dusty due to construction.
Neutral: Ad says there’s a hot tub, but there isn’t. I didn’t mind since we went during the summer when it was crazy hot outside.
Con: The owner notified me in advance that they live upstairs and there may be some noise, but we weren’t expecting so much loud music.
