About this house rental
Beautiful chalet 40 m2 for 6 people maximum,
Comprising: 2 bedrooms including a double bed and two single beds, a living room, a comfortable 2-person rapid sofa bed with large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, microwave grill oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher.
Shower room with washing machine, toilet.
A 135m2 garden where you can park your car on private property in complete safety.
If you come with two cars there are two parking spaces and another space outside the property.
Air conditioner
Jacuzzi optional 100€ per week to be paid on arrival
Tax and tourist fees paid on arrival approximately €3 per adult
A welcome basket will be offered (coffee, dishwasher tablet and laundry detergent)
Shower mats and tea towels will be left available
Possibility of adding sheets for €15 extra
Outside you will have a certain comfort: table, planchas, sunbathing jacuzzi, parasol

Ideally located on the Ardèche border, the chalet is in ST BRES 30500
1 minute from ST Ambroix, a very touristy medieval village where the volo biou event takes place in mid-July.
The spa treatment of Allègre les Fumades is 15 minutes away
Numerous access to rivers for swimming, one of which is 5 minutes away called the rock fall, magnificent site with tavern.
The hosts Emilie and Daniel will be happy to show them to you and a booklet of swimming places will be left available.
Many large local markets including that of ST Ambroix which is very large and one minute from the gîte by car or 15 minutes on foot
Many shops 5 minutes away (carrefour, Intermarché, Lidl,)
