THE UNIT
This Desert Tiny Home- B39 (Forest River) features:
- 1 RV Queen bed;
- Bunk beds;
- Sofa;
- Flat-screen TV;
- Kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster;
- Pets allowed on other unit/site;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!
THE PROPERTY
Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:
- Front desk and Security (The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM);
- Indoor and outdoor swimming pools;
- Loungers and umbrellas by the pool;
- Outdoor spa tub;
- On-site restaurant;
- BBQ facilities;
- Picnic area;
- Business center;
- Tennis court;
- Laundry facilities;
- Weekend cooked-to-order breakfast available for a fee: USD 5–15 per person;
- Pets are allowed for a deposit fee of $25, which is non-refundable;
- Holiday weekends and special events require a 2 or 3 day minimum;
- RV/bus/truck parking (surcharge) on site;
- Parking is available for guests on the property and is free of cost (for 1 car per unit)
*we charge $25/pet per night that is collected upon arrival
*Onsite restaurant & bar are open Friday evening, Saturday all day and Sunday morning only.

A great spot to stay for two nights while we did the 16 mile Goat Trestle Bridge hike. Comfortable, clean, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The grounds are wonderful with hiking trails, pools, hot tub, and a fun bar / restaurant. Would definitely reccomend and would stay again.
