Stay at this modern townhome on the beautiful Bayside of Ocean City, only a 10 minute walk from the public beach and north end of Boardwalk. This is a 3bed/2.5bath townhome featuring a rooftop deck with a firepit & views of Ocean City, coffee & tea bar, propane bbq, wifi, smart TV, board games + more. You can dine at a variety of restaurants walking distance to the house, or cook in the kitchen/bbq. Centrally located to explore everything Ocean City has to offer!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Rooftop deck with propane firepit and fairy lights, back deck with propane BBQ, backyard with table and chairs

PARKING: Parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house. Additional nearby street parking available first come first serve.
BEACH ACCESS: Public beach is a 10 minute walk from the property on 28th St. We provide a beach cart with beach essentials to use. The beach is a 3 minute drive, but parking is limited near the beach. The North end of boardwalk is located on 27th St. This 3 miles long boardwalk is home to the famous Fisher’s Popcorn and Thrasher’s French Fries.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: We are located a 5 minute walk from Old Pro Mini Golf, a 10 minute walk from Jolly Rogers Amusement park, and a 10 minute drive to Ocean City Outlets; we are also steps away from many restaurants, including FishTails and Blu Crabhouse

Board games were in a big bin to use and they were great for family. We played every night. The beach gear was all there including a cooler and umbrellas. Very prepared and organized. Thank you.

This lovely Condo felt like a classic home that might be in the mountains. Except you have the ocean just a 5 min walk away. The house is near 27th Street, the begining of the board walk. The boardwalk goes on forever & has somwthing for everyone. You can easily get your steps while enjoying people watching & the sea. The house was so clean & comfortable! We had perfect weather...but I felt if we did have a raining day we would bbq & play some board games together as a family. I can't enough good things anout our hosts. They left me 2 lovely bottles of wine. So thoughtful!!Thank you again for this magical trip with so many memories. I have tons of pics but not sure how to send it to you or add it to your page. The host were very friendly and helpful with any questions. Very accommodating. House was perfect for my family. We loved the beach carts. Was pretty close to walk to the beach
