Extraordinary luxury penthouse apartment in a historic building, lovingly renovated in the style of the time and technically state-of-the-art. Here you have generous space for 6 - 8 people.
The property is located directly on Avenida Atlântica, the beach opposite can be reached in 1 minute. Security is guaranteed by a 24/7 concierge.
The apartment is divided into 2 areas:
The spacious main apartment is in the first area.
The second area consists of 2 separate apartments with a coffee kitchen and bathroom.
First area:
Extends to around 150 square meters, with a dining room for 8 - 10 people and a light-flooded lounge that easily offers space for 8 people to relax and watch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser and filtered water dispenser. The devices are state-of-the-art and brand new. The stove is an induction cooker and the oven is equipped with all heating options. A small espresso machine with milk frother is available, as well as a microwave.
The dining room is visually separated from the kitchen by a bar and offers plenty of space for celebrations. The lounge area with a view of Sugarloaf Mountain is legendary. From the queen size bed you have a direct view of the sunrise over Copacabana Beach. From there you can use two shower rooms. Shower with a view of Sugarloaf Mountain! The second shower room with toilet is located behind the dressing room, which can be converted into a children's room if desired. All bedrooms have the latest generation of air conditioning. The entire apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2023.
You can reach this main apartment directly via the so-called "Elevador Social", which offers direct access to the apartment.
Second area:
consists of 2 apartments with separate access.
Each of these apartments is equipped with a small coffee kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and sink. Each shower room is directly accessible via the sleeping area. The room has a queen size bed with mosquito net and air conditioning. The apartments have direct access to the wrap-around balcony overlooking Copacabana Beach.
To the west there is a spacious roof terrace with 2 comfortable loungers, parasol and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The property is beautiful! The 3 suites are very spacious. Excellent kitchen with dishwasher, which is not common to find in rentals in Brazil.
The check in was very easy and the host was available and helpful for any questions and tips about the area!
