This property is one of the nicest I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was updated; high end and clean. We had several family members staying at the house and there was ample room for all of us - in terms of bedroom/bathroom space and living areas. The outdoor deck is just lovely and a perfect spot to wind up the day at this time of year especially. Should I ever have reason to book a property for family or friends in the Denver area this would be my go-to, hands down. Austin was very responsive to questions and responded in a very timely manner. This is so important to me and I imagine for most people as well. Most definitely a 5 star property.

The house was great, very comfortable!! I highly recommend and would stay there again. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. Communication with the owner was really easy and friendly.

We loved this place and would stay here again. Austin was wonderful. Communication was super easy.We planned a family get together for 2 granddaughters' birthday weekend. My daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters (ages 3 and 1) live in Littleton. My son and granddaughter (age 2 1/2) traveled from Texas and my husband and I traveled from California. My son and his fiancee from Boulder joined us. Austin's place was very clean and roomy. We spent most of the day out and about with the toddlers or at our daughter's place and returned to Austin's place for quiet nap time and bedtime. The place was pretty well child proofed for a well behaved child. It was so much fun seeing Cora's joy at the wonder of a piano. The big tv was located downstairs so watching movies in the evening didn't disrupt Cora's early bedtime. The kitchen was well appointed and better equipped than most we've rented in the past. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you, Austin.

We were a group of six women, staying in Littleton to attend the Artmakers Workshops at the Arapahoe Community College of Art and Design, which was just a long walk on the Greenway or a short drive right in the heart of Historic Littleton. We were so happy in that beautiful great room with the gourmet kitchen, so full of light and wide open space, so tastefully designed with clean lines and beautifully appointed furnishings. There is even a piano and a Yamaha guitar both in tune! The great room has all glass windows overlooking the private back deck with an L shaped sofa and a gas fire table. We sat out there every night, singing and watching the full moon rise. You cannot have a better host than Austin. Any little thing that we uttered, any desire we had would show up at our door the next day or in one case on the afternoon of our request. Austin seemed to be available by text message almost 24 seven! The house is neat and clean and well organized. The kitchen and all the bathrooms are recently renovated and look beautiful! Everything is in very good taste, clean lines with minimal personal effects so you can make the house into your own home for your stay. Only the bedroom with the en suite attached bathroom has a TV. (We were very happy that there was no TV in the great room). The bedroom in the lower level is especially spacious and beautiful with a king size bed. The whole house is full of windows and beautiful natural light. We are ready to book our next stay.
