This home is located in an industrial area of town and features a great parking area with an iron fence that can be closed at night, we often host cross country travelers with uhaul trailers. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for five. There are four private bedrooms with four queen beds. Additionally the home has to bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub combination, but the bathtub and the toilet room are separated into two separate rooms so both can be in use at the same time. The second bathroom is a shower only. There are two separate living room areas both feature a 55 inch smart televisions and free wifi. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our home does have a private entrance and on street parking sufficient for a uhaul truck and trailer combination.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
