La Marinella, a detached villa outbuilding occupied by the owners, located on the heights of Les-Issambres, with superb 180° panoramic views of the sea.
Very quiet area.
On one level, 70 m², 2 km from the center with all shops and the beach, and all amenities, including shuttles to St-Tropez.
Landscaped garden.
Private 10x5 m swimming pool with sun loungers, parasol, and sunbathing area. Hours 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Private, fenced parking.
Available for 4 adults, minimum 12 years old. No pets allowed.

2 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), 2nd bedroom with two single beds or a double bed.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine, sheets, and towels provided.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all appliances.
Living room with table, chairs, and sofa, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at La Marinella. What a stunning setting with magnificent views across the bay of St Tropez. The apartment itself is brand new and spotless and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect for exploring the South of France with many wonderful places, beaches, restaurants within easy reach by car. We absolutely loved the swimming pool which was delightful and was just perfect for relaxing in the lovely weather. The hosts Marina & Luigi were absolutely delightful and were very welcoming and were there for us if we needed anything. We were very sad to leave at the end of our stay. Would highly recommend and we hope to return sometime very soon. 10/10!
