The home is a gem of midcentury mono-stylistic architecture that has recently been updated with new fixtures, interior paint and wood flooring.
A newly renovated backyard deck provides a quiet respite from the busy city.

The unit is an upstairs in-law. Our family lives downstairs and the only shared space is the laundry room. Other than that we have separate entrances and living spaces.
There is sometimes noise that can be heard below from our family with two small children (ages 5 and 7).
