Our home is located in the Heart Of Lancaster County and in the perfect location to see all that it has to offer.
Bring the whole family to enjoy the beautiful space this home has to offer.
Our home consists of a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, living room with a smart tv all on the main floor.
The basement consists of a game room, kids corner, 2nd living room with a smart tv.
* The Kitchen has all new appliances including a Fridge, oven/stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, and is fully stocked with supplies.
* 3 Bedrooms are all located on the main floor with queen beds and a dresser.
* Full Bathroom is located on the main floor.
* Game room located in the basement.
* Kids corner located in the basement.
*2nd Livingroom located in the basement.
* Washer and Dryer located in the basement.
* Keyless keypad on the side door by the carpool.
* Free parking for 3 vehicles.
* Parties and Large events will not be allowed and will be strictly enforced.
* We do not provide Bath Towels for the Hot Tub.
Hey There. We cant wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride in it ] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. [ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. Per person a day or Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. [ 2 ] No parties, No loud music, No boisterous behavior. [ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section. [ 4 ] Renters agree to not contact Host until they have read the house Manuel. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. [ 5 ] Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee. { 6 } Unless previously agreed upon Host , there is a $50.late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ for each hour thereafter.
[ 7 ] If by your Fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund, per guest. [ 8 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund, this will result in a $500 Penalty additional to any applicable fees. [ 9 ] Any missing/damaging items guest are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left open after the guest leaves there will be a 250$ charge. [ 10 ] Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the house rules.

Modern, clean, comfortable space. GREAT game room for the kids (and adults). Perfect location with a less than 10 minute drive to all the activities.

The house is just as it looks in the photos. It was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed the game room and the kids liked having their own TV room. Most of what you need for a family of six was there, however it would be helpful to have more silverware. In addition, there was no welcome binder to give instructions on how to work appliances and how to do recycling since every state/county/town can be different. The house is located in Amish country and we enjoyed listening for and watching the buggies go by. It is also close to many attractions/stores, That being said, it is on a very busy and noisy road with lots of speeding cars, trucks and motorcycles.Communication with the property manager was lacking.. We arrived on Saturday and on Tuesday received notification from our credit card company that we had an additional 250.00 charge which caused concern on our part. I emailed the property manager two different times and did not receive a response for several days saying they didn't know what that was for and that they would get back to me the following week because they were going to be away until Monday. Turns out it was a security deposit that did eventually get refunded however this extra charge several days into our stay without explanation was upsetting to us. I was also concerned that had there been any kind of problem during our stay, the only way to communicate was through email.Aside from these concerns, we had a great vacation.
