Step inside the bright and airy mid-century modern 3 bedroom 1 bath comfy home with original pristine hardwood floors and cheerful decor bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows with designer light-filtering privacy shades. The ample closet and storage space will help you feel put together and organized while traveling. The cozy living room invites relaxation watching your favorite shows, while the adjacent kitchen boasts modern appliances for your culinary adventures. The sparkling shared pool beckons for a refreshing dip on warm California days and steamy jacuzzi soothes body and soul under gorgeous California sunset skies. Help yourself to oranges and lemons that grow right next to the front porch, and be sure to look up admire the twin king palms in the front yard.

The entire home and front yard are exclusively yours with street parking by provided permit available in front of the home. Please note: the driveway is only for the use by the residents who live in the back units. The backyard pool is shared by two full-time adult residents who are very respectful of your privacy and defer to your usage of the back yard and jacuzzi throughout your stay. While they are very friendly, you will likely never see them during your entire stay.

The hot tub was fabulous, though you should know it takes a little white to warm up. We had the backyard to ourselves and never saw the neighbors. The house was spacious, well designed, clean and charming. The neighborhood was lovely, with a park nearby and highly rated restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The ice/water machine on the fridge was not functioning and was very dirty and we experienced a cockroach in the cabinet under a coffee cup.
Otherwise - no other complaints - loved the hot tub, the space in the home and the responsiveness of the host was fantastic - especially over Christmas Eve and Day!
