About this house rental
Make Moodys Shore your relaxing getaway destination.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,
A large rec room for indoor activities.
A beautiful covered deck overlooks the water with a hot tub.
Direct access to the river.
The main level has two bedroom with queen-size beds.
The lower level has two single beds.
A large rec room with large sectional and a T.V.
Desk with chair.
You will have access to the whole house as well as the yard in front of the house down to the beachfront.
I will not be on the property but I will be accessible by phone, text, or inbox.
This is a private road with other cottages enjoying the beautiful Richibucto River. Please respect the neighbors. We also do not supply firewood, you please bring your own.
We do not have a dock this year, but we are working on it. The water will still be accessible.
Just a heads-up: When you check in, we'll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything's in good shape.
CANCELLATION. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees (these credit card fees only apply when booking direct or through VRBO.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome upon request for a one-time fee of $65. To help us keep the space clean for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
Keep doors closed to any unused rooms.
Pick up after your pet outdoors.
If there is excessive pet hair, please do your best to clean it up.
