This recently built villa is fully equipped and comprises of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Has a beautiful 10m by 5m pool with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. All rooms are air-conditioned including the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The villa also has a large underground basement with electric shutter opening which can park up to 3 cars. The garden is walled, secluded and very spacious and has a lawn for children to run around in, olive and fruit trees. Internet access. Ideal getaway for families, couples or even golfers. Excellent yet peaceful location within walking distance to the charming village of Ozankoy. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches, the famous Kyrenia harbour & Bellapais Abbey all within easy reach. Perfect holiday home.

We stayed at this amazing villa in Cyprus and it was perfect for our group of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom, which made it very comfortable. The villa is spacious, with a large pool and a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea from the yard. Highly recommended!

The Villa is tucked away at the top of the hills overlooking Girne. Close to Bellapay wonderful view over the city and port.
You would need a car as it is tucked away.
5 bedrooms great for family. Pool and terrace good.
The Villa is well stocked with your basic needs.
