About this villa rental
Hello My Name is Yavuz. I'm an architect. if u would like to have a great holiday you can think about istanbul. Becouse İstanbul has unbelievable climate and history. it s not too hot, not too cold. Especially its about 35 degree on summer seasons. You can swim, you can walk, you can have night life, you can visit historical places which has more than 2000 years history.
Every minute you take joy in İstanbul. So the villa is located west of istanbul which has panoramic sea view..its very close to beach and city center. You can use public transportation or taxi or you can rent a car. There are lots of market mosque or church arround, caffies and restaurants.
The villa has 6 badrooms and 1 sallon (living room) which is 50 sq meter. There are 2 rooms at the swimming pool level. Kithchen , bathrooms, outopark you can have a look to pictures. if u have any question please call me or write.

A fantastic villa for an extended family or a large group of friends.Kitchen has everything and more to cook a multiple course meal.Lovely bbq area with all the utensils, table, chairs, night lights.Pool feels very private, screened with high walls and greenery. Pool is maintained daily.Absolutely beautiful view to the Sea or Marmara and sunset from the kitchen terrace and several bedrooms.The sea promenade with bars and restaurants is a 5 min taxi ride or 20 min walk (going back is uphill so not for elderly or the youngest). Uber arrives within 3 minutes though and costs about 3-5 pounds to get to the beach.A bit far from touristy places, an hour or hour and a half by taxi depending on time of the day. So better suited for a chilled holiday, not daily sightseeing.Lovely friendly host.We had a fab time, thank you!
