About this house rental
Welcome to this charming 95m² single-storey apartment, ideal for 4 travelers, nestled in a fully renovated 19th-century Provencal farmhouse. Located in Comps, a small village in the heart of the golden triangle between Nîmes, Arles and Avignon, it offers you all the authenticity and relaxed lifestyle of Provence.
This spacious, air-conditioned dwelling combines modern comforts with old-fashioned charm, featuring a large living room adorned with the stone troughs typical of traditional farmhouses, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and two bedrooms.
Just 150 meters away, the “voie verte” (greenway) allows you to reach the famous Pont du Gard in complete safety, by bike or on foot, on a 17 km route.
You can also enjoy a 150m² typically Provencal garden in the shade of a two-hundred-year-old plane tree. Wifi, sheets and towels are included. A perfect setting for a stay in Provence, combining comfort and space.

The house is composed as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with sofa, coffee table, TV and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, capsule coffee maker, kettle...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside :
- 150 m² enclosed shared garden
- Terrace with furniture (table and garden furniture) and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Comps, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
The “voie verte” is 150 meters away, providing a direct 17 km link to the Pont du Gard.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot (2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Railway station: Nîmes Pont-du-Gard (15km), Avignon TGV (25 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane (60 km)
