About this villa rental
A wonderful unique villa, just 2 kilometers from Borg ElArab HBE airport, with a swimming pool (12.5*7.5 meters in dimensions with water depth 140-160 cm), tennis court and squash court, 2 gardens to play & barbeque, and a private garage for 2 or 3 cars
There are 2 separate rooms (1 room with double bed), and (1 room with 2 separate single beds)
There are 3 bathrooms, 1 bathroom on the first floor, 1 separate bathroom with bathtube and 1 bathroom on the second floor (There are water heaters in all bathrooms & kitchen)
There are 2 sofas in the reception with different sizes
When you book 7 days or more, you will get a full-body massage session for you and your partner as a free gift without any extra fees.
Modern kitchen, there is a stove in the kitchen, a microwave, and a large refrigerator.
There are many fruit trees, and many flowers in the two gardens
The ceiling is black with many modern lights like stars in the dark sky, to feel a romance in the night.

Compared to most dangerous locations, this location is kid of discreet. Extremely expensive but most of the time peaceful. With little to no criminals, sex offenders terrorist fugitives on the run, or juvenile delinquency of underage fugitives. Great for expats, victim Refugees/victim asylum seekers, and service animals and pet furbabies. Just really expensive.....

Everything was perfect, nice, helpful and so generous. clean swimming pool, nice garden, the villa colors are good looking and charismatic, I love the place hoping to stay more and come back again. Thank you

Great location, very secure and quiet for me and my Service Animals Furbabies, that are above all house rules as customers are to. The location is deserted and far from any close contact of fugitives and/or criminals, as that is to be loved for being customer civilian expats and/or victim asylum seekers. Grass needed to be cut and pool have to be cleaned often, but overall great location. Just a bit overpriced, that I will say. But he negotiates pricing, still too expensive for long term expats/asylum seekers. Until not being able to afford the location anymore.
