This magnificent villa located in the private development of Château Mader can accommodate up to 12 people. It offers a breathtaking view of the Arcachon Bay from its wooden terrace upstairs. It is organized on two levels with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

- A third bedroom with 160 bed, adjoining bathroom and WC.
- A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
- A separate toilet with hand basin.

- A fourth bedroom with two single beds 90 and cupboards.
