The staff is A. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful from getting us ice to suggesting local cuisine. We utilized the valet parking for 25 per day. I think the VRBO listing stated it was 22 per day. The pool and outdoor lounge area was completely under construction and the VRBO listing did not mention that. There was construction several places on the premises. I did book this particular place in part because of the pool deck. I did not have any communication with Wyndham until they called me 4 hours before check in. I thought I was supposed to get an email from them but I did not. I didn’t know who to contact. I think there was only an address from the listing owner. For those reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The 2 bedroom condo was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. One bedroom has a king bed with an on suite the other bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a newly remodeled game room in the lobby. H.E.B Grocery is 3 blocks away. We walked it several times. The location is great, you can walk to the Markets, St. Fernando Cathedral and the River Walk. I would definitely stay there again and give it 5 stars if the pool deck area is open. Let me say one more time, the staff is 5 star for sure!
