The beautiful, brand new luxury villa, the Roggesloot, is located in the cozy bungalow park, 't Hoogelandt. The villa is on the edge of the unique nature reserve De Dennen (The Pines) and is part of the National Park "Dunes of Texel". The beach and beach pavilion Paal 17 are within walking distance (1.5 km). In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy the forest, dunes and meadows. For children, there is the Calluna swimming park and the Schipbreuk- en Juttersmuseum Flora (the Shipwreck and Beachcomber’s museum).

Living room
The living room has two glass sliding doors giving access to a spacious terrace with a wooden table and benches. The living room (with open kitchen) is cozy, modern and fully equipped. Relax after a meal or sit by the fireplace enjoying a good glass of wine or Texel Skuumkoppe beer, and while watching your favorite program on our curved LED Smart TV with Wi-Fi.

Luxury bedrooms
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a private bathroom with luxury shower and Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi. It includes an extra long Eastborn box-spring bed. On the floor above, there are three other bedrooms, also with a bathroom, Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi and extra long Eastborn box-spring beds. One bedroom has a private bath with whirlpool, luxury shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have a shared luxury bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet on the landing.

The terrace is facing south. Here you can enjoy the summer sun while sipping a drink and reading a thriller or surfing the Internet. The villa has floor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the 1st floor. This fully furnished villa can accommodate up to 8 people and is situated between Den Burg and De Koog. At the same park, two similar villas are present: the Zandkes and the Razende Bol.
