The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The SHARV passes really made the trip for us; the pool was super fun for the kids, pretty close to the village and the lodge (within a mile) we were able to take a nice walk after meals (no bikes available). The kitchen could use a few more necessities like plastic wrap or foil, I will admit the WiFi connection was poor, but sometimes that’s needed for a trip away. Otherwise we had a fun stay! Would recommend to others, just being honest about some minor things lacking.

This house was clean, easy to find, and fun for all of our biking adventures. What appealed to us was that it said ON SITE pool, tennis courts, and playground. That was completely not the case. They meant the SHARK center which was not at all on site. Not walkable. Certainly not as advertised. There was a small playground with tennis courts and pool on site but we were not allowed access to any but the open small play structure. Just wanted anyone renting to be aware, because we had been looking forward to jumping in a pool at the end of the day and that was not the case. The internet also was so bad, I could not work from there which was a blessing on vacation but I had to rearrange a lot due to it. Sometimes we could watch things and sometimes not. We also got late responses about it and zero response from VRBO when we asked about the pool access despite calling and being told they would get back to me. So it goes. The house itself was clean and totally fine.

My family and I stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend. It was very clean and organized and had just about anything you could need. We liked that it came with 8 SHARC passes and pool towels. We recommend this property and will be staying again.
