The driveway & narrow road with close neighbors was a turn off, but the cabin itself was very nice and clean. If you plan on cooking you will need your own seasonings nesides salt and pepper. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable.

Overall, the house is nicely decorated and clean. On the plus side, the house has A/C. The "extra" room with the loft bed (which is not billed as a bedroom in the listing) has a pocket door, and the downstairs family room also has doors to shut it off from the rest of the house, which is nice if someone is sleeping on the fold-out couch. The neighborhood is quiet and it's only a 5 minute drive to Felton. Unfortunately, there are also downsides. The downstairs bath's shower has no door; so if you are taking a shower in there, everything gets wet. And, the upstairs bathroom has a window that is chest height that lets the neighbors see your upper torso. My daughter and I fixed that by draping a towel over a hook and connecting it to the towel rack. But, the biggest drawback of all was the driveway! To get to this house, you have to drive up a steep, one-car road and then back into the narrow driveway. I had to floor my minivan to get up the hill. When you leave, you have to do a multi-point turn in the parking area so that you can back up out the driveway and uphill in the street. It was difficult enough that we changed our plans so that we would only have to leave once during the day because we didn't want to deal with this. Note, that we were here in June. I can't imagine what this driveway would have been like during inclement weather. I'm attaching photos, but they don't fully show the issue.
