About this house rental
Casa Camillo is located on the edge of the village Trincheri and is colorfully decorated in the retro style of the 50s/60s, harmoniously integrated into the small village. The house offers a beautiful view of the olive grove. On each floor of the modern house, you will find a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Each floor is accessible via a separate entrance, and inside the floors are connected by an elegant iron spiral staircase.
The terrace under the large glass roof is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun, dine outdoors, or barbecue—even when it rains. The large natural garden offers many idyllic spots, including a barbecue area under the mulberry tree and a seating area with a view of the small chapel and the village street. From the garden, you enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea (6 km as the crow flies).
New: A parking space for a motorcycle or trailer is available upon request.
The small village of Trincheri is located 4 km above Dolcedo. Dolcedo is a central village in the scenic and architecturally charming Prino Valley, known for olive cultivation. There you will find everything you need for daily life as well as typical restaurants.
Special service: Arrival and departure days can be chosen flexibly. You can enter the house independently from 4 p.m. as you will receive the key. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the house by 10 a.m.
Child-friendly: The house is only suitable for children from 5 years old, as the high spiral staircase and unsecured walls may pose a danger to younger children.
Additional costs for gas, electricity, water, internet, and waste fees may apply depending on the booking platform.
Bed linen is available in exceptional cases upon request.
