This was a very nice place. We traveled to participate with family of an athlete at East Texas A&M and the location to the school was wonderful. We will be coming back and this will be where we want to stay.

It was a good house but we have stayed in many VRBO places. Lack of an information packet to give instructions about TV, check out procedures. No info about remote for garage, items listed on VRBO site not at house like a blow dryer, toaster, knives. Kitchen not stocked well, no pot holder, kitchen towels overall lack of amenities for the kitchen. No toilet paper in one bathroom. No top sheets for some beds, no pillow cases for some pillows.
