This ground floor and lower ground floor apartment is in a great location to explore Bath's main attractions whilst being on a quiet residential street.
On the level entry of the maisonette you will find lovely fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hub, fan oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.
In the fridge you will find milk and coffee and teas beside the kettle. Kitchen is also stocked with all cooking basics like spices, oil, vinegar and all the cleaning products.
From the kitchen you enter in to the Living room to relax in the evening by catching up with friend and family, reading a nice book or watching your favourite show on flat screen TV.
Down the few steps from the kitchen is a small toilet and the door leading to the private garden with hot tub and dinning set for four.
Next level down you will find two bedrooms and the bathroom and the cupboard washer/dryer combo.
First bedroom has a king bed, big build in wardrobe and desk.
Second bedroom has super king zip and link bed, small build in wardrobe and chest of drawers and desk with mirror over it.

Wonderful stay for a long weekend in Bath, great location close to town and nice to have the hot tub to relax at the end of the day.

The ground floor flat was in a great location. Shops and cafes close by. Within walking distance if everything. The size of the flat was nice. We liked that it had two toilets. The rain shower in the main bathroom was the best we’ve ever had. The kitchen seemed to be very well stocked with everything you would need if you were going to be cooking which we didn’t. We appreciated that there were two single beds in the one room. Thise were the positive things. Now onto the things that we’re not good and need someone’s attention. Upon arrival we noticed immediately that the carpeting is very stained and grimy looking. The paint is chipped everywhere and in huge chunks in all the corners. Because the walls are painted a dark forest green in the kitchen
