Pets ARE allowed depending on size. Please let us know in advance about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. We are pet lovers and want to make sure we are fully prepared to cater to our fury friends.
The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies :
1-5 Nights : $25 Per Day
5-29 Nights : $350
30+ Nights : cost resets at 30 days and will be recalculated based on remaining days after 30 days.
Pool Key Replacement- $75
Smoke Odor Repellent- $150
Additional guest are considered to be guest that are not listed and approved during booking. There is fee of $150 per unapproved guest and potential cancellation of reservation if not discussed prior to arrival and approved by hosts. We have a maximum number of guest capped at 4 that are allowed due to safety and size of the listing.

We were in Houston for six weeks of radiation treatment. We choose to rent from Marie due to the location, amenities, and the rating from previous guest. We were not disappointed. The unit was clean, and well stocked. This is a quite gated community with a grocery store across the street, several restaurants close by, and an easy drive to the Houston Medical Center. The bed was also comfortable and the full size washer and drier an added bonus. Marie was a great host. She is kind, considerate, and quick to respond to any and all issue, which were few. There was a water pipe issue in the complex so Marie brought over some cases of bottled water and some gallon jugs to tide us over till it was fixed. We will stay here again if the need arises.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and updated. It had more than a few basics to help out during our stay. I really enjoyed the layout of this condo. It was very secure with the gated entrance and the 24hr security driving around the complex. The owners were very responsive with any questions or issues. I would love to stay again!!!

We throughly enjoyed our one week stay with Marie and can't recommend her place enough. Marie has thought of everything and it really felt home from home. The condo was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable too. Fabulous find!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was completely as advertised and then some! I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. It is in the perfect location to visit NRG stadium and Minute Maid Park, as well as all of Houston's downtown favorites. Marie, the host was also very responsive to any questions we had. In closing I would like to add that this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at, and we travel quite a bit with several different travel services.
