Edgewater 408 (Tower III) spotlights all things coastal with beautiful décor and stunning beachfront balcony views. Waking up to the sound of the waves hitting the shore is a must while staying in this contemporary unit with a TV and full kitchen.
Edgewater Beach Resort offers amazing amenities for the guest that wants it all without having to get in the car and leave the resort. Enjoy an on-site golf course, tennis and basketball courts, a kid's splash pad, a private beach, 11 heated swimming pools, and 4 hot tubs all located on the premises of the resort.
Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may register another vehicle for an additional $50 via the registration site. Instructions will be sent with reservation confirmations.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

Unit was nice and clean. Air conditioner was very loud in the bedroom and the toilet needs some repair (runs a lot, doesn’t cut off after flushing). All in all a nice unit.

This was a last minute stay to hang out with friends. Edgewater is a great location close to everything you need. The condo was clean and as described. Check in was easy. The beach was clean and not crowded.
