About this villa rental
Large lovely house on 1 level with lots of space. There are 4 rooms available, in 2 of the rooms there are 2 beds and in the last 2 there is respectively 1 sofa bed in one and a single bed in the other. There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a guest toilet. The house is situated on a lovely garden plot and there is a terrace with garden furniture. The house is close to Salgjerhøj, which is the highest point on Mors, from which there is an impressive view over Thisted Bredning and over the hilly landscape. Hanklit is the most famous pier cliff on the island. Don't cheat yourself for a trip to the top and enjoy the fantastic spectacle that awaits you. The fossil and jetty museum tells 55 million years of history, through the many discoveries made in the jetty on the island. Take a trip along the time walking path to the farm meadow Skarregaard, where time has been stopped in 1958. Here you will also find a large, beautiful nature playground and lots of hiking trails in the beautiful area. Ejerslev harbor is located on the north-eastern part of the island and here there is a lagoon with a walking path around it. Cafe Lagunen is open during the summer season.
In Nykøbing you will find the local history museum Dueholm Kloster and the Dansk Støberimuseum, which exhibits the old Morsø stoves and stoves. The pedestrian street connects the city with the harbour, where there is life all summer. At the marina, you can experience the sun going down every evening during the season.
It is also in Nykøbing that Morsø Golfklub has their beautiful 18-hole golf course.
South of Nykøbing you will find the scenic Legind Bjerge area, where there are marked hiking trails and a mountain bike course. It is also here that you will find Jesperhus Holiday Park with flower park, pirate playground, 4D cinema, Hugo Badeland and much, much more.
