About this house rental
Located in the coveted Lakeside neighborhood, this new home is a modern oasis in Burlington. Finished in 2024, the property consists of the house, situated on the right side of the lot. To the left is a garage with an apartment above. The house and the apartment share the garage. With three bedrooms and three and a half bath your entire group will feel comfortable with en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The space is light and clean with partial lake views. The lake is minutes away by foot and easy access to the bike path can take you down town. The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach, a 1 minute walk to Hula Co-working space, 6 minutes from the Burlington Surf Club and steps from the Burlington bike path. Additionally, there is great food, coffee, and Burlington's best breweries are right near by. Wether you are traveling with co-workers, on a family vacation, or on a friends reunion this home is perfect for your group!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property, with three en-suite bedrooms comfortably accommodating our party of three couples. Although we didn't cook any substantial meals, the kitchen is certainly stocked to do just that. The bedrooms, living room and TV space were comfortably furnished also.For those with younger children the property is conveniently located close to a small park, and for those wanting a little light exercise while taking in the views across Lake Champlain, the lakeside pathway is close by.

Wonderful stay in Burlington. Easy check-in, carport was spacious enough for a large SUV with roof box. Comfy beds, climate control in every room. Radiant heat flooring in bathrooms is so nice. Will definitely look to stay here again when visiting family in the area.

My family and friends come up to burlington every year for a memorial 5k and plan to hopefully make this the home we stay at every year going forward.
