This brand new apartment is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, relaxing weekends, or a fun getaway. This space has luxury hardwood floors, top of the line finishes, a walk in-shower, and a fully outfitted kitchenette. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. Very good room/condo. Power Circuit tripped a few times. I was able to reset easily but other guests may run into problems. Would stay again.

Not a lot to complain about. Loved the place and location. Would stay there again. The only downside is the lack of parking on location. Kind of a pain to find parking on nearby street.
