Unit is beautiful, great location and host was very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting from out of state or for a staycation!

I’ll get the negatives out of the way first. The beach was definitely longer than a 5 minute walk as the title states. It took us a good 15 minutes each time we went. We had plumbing issues with one of the toilets not flushing and the water pressure in the main bathroom sinks was comically awful.
There was construction going on in the unit above us for almost every day we were there. It was very loud.
The amount of dish pods and trash bags were lacking. Only three trash bags for a whole week is just not nearly enough.
The primary bedroom needs curtains. It faces east and gets very bright super early.
Good things: you are very close to nice places to eat, lots of grocery stores including Whole Foods. The elevator is great and quick. All the other residents and grounds crew we ran into were super nice. We had no problems with parking. Overall this was a pleasant stay and the kitchen was well equipped except no baking sheets.
