About this house rental
Brand new 3500 square foot luxury house In Whitby’s most sought after neighbourhood. 1000 finished basement with blackjack table, and play room. Close to shops, grocery stores, liquor store. Dedicated office in 4th bedroom. Luxury appliances, filteredwater from tap. Beside 412 hwy, 35 mins to downtown Toronto. Tons of towels, we ask for government ID - linen, toys, patio set, Park back lot, toiletries, Luxury clothing racks & dressers. Master closet locked. Brand new 20,000 square ft park in backyard. Great for kids and pets. Treat my home like it’s yours and enjoy all the toys and games we provide. For rentals 6 months + we can offer removal of personal items such as kids toys etc. upon request. Renters are responsible for their own Wi-Fi connectivity ( hot spot) the home feature a massive smart - easy to pair your devices to to stream your favourite shows. While we do love animals there will be a $500 cleaning fee per pet. Please add them to the reservation. Failure to disclose animals can result in terminating your lease with no refund. We deep clean after each lease especially with animals to ensure no allergic reactions for future renters. We provide your first month of cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towel. Any additional items that you wish to bring to make yourself feel comfortable is your responsibility. Guest & Visitor Rules
The maximum number of registered overnight guests must not exceed the occupancy limit shown on your reservation.
In addition to the registered overnight guests, a maximum of four (4) daytime visitors is permitted at the property at any one time unless prior written approval has been obtained from the host.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.
Any unauthorized guests or visitors beyond these limits may result in an additional charge of $100 CAD per unauthorized person.
If the property is left requiring cleaning beyond normal turnover—including excessive garbage, food waste, spills, excessive hair, or other unusually unsanitary conditions—an additional cleaning fee of $300 CAD may be charged.
Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage, missing items, or additional expenses resulting from violations of these House Rules.

We couldnt have asked for better hosts! Attentive, thoughtful, responsive, supportive and everyrhing in between! The location is convenient near the 412, neighborhood is great for a family and pets, and the space is unmatchable We really enjoyed our time here, and would be back in a heartbeat!

This property met all of our needs! Size, space, beds, bathrooms, location, location, location! Lots of fun things to do for the whole family from the hot tub to the fun downstairs from gaming to the card table! And the coffee was to die for!
